This is one of my favorite coffee shops in downtown Seattle. I've visited two of their branches — both are spacious and comfortable, offering a variety of creative and seasonal specialty drinks 😋. So far, I've tried the Hazelnut Ube and Cinnamon Honey specials, and I loved them both! The barista mentioned they add a bit of oat milk, making the coffee flavor relatively mild but wonderfully balanced. ▫️ Honey Bunches of Cold Brew – $7 Taste Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑 One of the shop's signature drinks — a blend of burnt honey, cinnamon, maple, cold brew, and oat milk.
