Today we visited DONBURI STATION in Bellevue (they also have two Seattle locations!) and ordered two rice bowls + a salmon salad—every single dish was absolutely delicious! 🐟 Premium Sashimi Donburi Loaded with tuna, salmon, yellowtail, shrimp, eel, and fish roe—each ingredient was top-quality! The sashimi melted in our mouths, especially the thick-cut, ultra-fresh salmon slices (so good we ordered an extra salmon bowl!).
