Must-Visit New Spot in DC, Perfect for Your Foodie Adventure! ✨
This restaurant has recently opened in DC, with other locations in New York and Chicago—it's right next to Olio e Piu, which we mentioned in our last post! 🥩 The steak quality is excellent, and the interior is absolutely stunning—it feels like stepping into a palace! Super Instagram-worthy and perfect for capturing beautiful moments! 📸 🏠 Name: La Grande Boucherie DC 📍 Address: 699 14th St NW, Washington, DC 20005 Appetizers: 🥗 PEAR SALAD A simple and refreshing starter salad. It comes with goat cheese, but you can request to have it removed if you prefer. 😊 🦆 DUCK PROSCIUTTO A light and delicious cured duck spread with a slightly sweet flavor—no gamey taste at all! 🦆✨ 🐌 LES ESCARGOTS Classic baked escarpots—rich, buttery, and full of flavor! 🧈🔥 Main Courses: 🥩 CÔTE DE BOEUF POUR DEUX (Dry-Aged Steak for Two) Dry-aged steak is their specialty, and it truly lives up to the hype! The portion is huge—more like a serving for three people! 😂 If you can only order one dish, this is the one I highly recommend! It also comes with bone marrow—so rich and aromatic! 🍖🔥 🐂 FILET MIGNON Compared to the dry-aged steak, the filet mignon falls a bit short. The cut used wasn’t as tender as expected. 😅 Desserts: 🍮 Boucherie Cream Brulee (Black Sesame Flavor) A must-order! Everyone at the table loved it—creamy, flavorful, and not overly sweet! 👌💖 🍫 MOUSSE AU CHOCOLAT This dessert surprised everyone—it’s served in a bowl! 😳 The portion is enormous, so unless you’re dining with a big group, you might not finish it! 😂🍫 —————— Price per person is around $100. The restaurant features live band performances, which can make conversation a bit challenging, but it adds to the lively atmosphere! 🎶 The lighting is dim, creating a cozy and romantic vibe—perfect for a special night out! 💫 #DMVFood #dmvfoodie #dmvdining #dmveats #dmvfoodguide #WashingtonDCfood #WashingtonDC #dcfoodie #dcfoodlover #restaurantreview #foodphotography #foodstagram #beautifulrestaurant #foodadventures #steaklovers #desserttime #finefooddc #dcfoodspots #dctravel #foodblog
