My Top 100 Little Energy-Boosting Things to Do in LA 🌿💫

🍃 My absolute favorite is exploring parks. A membership to Huntington Library is totally worth it! Also, the free Lacy Park is highly recommended—it’s full of kids and dogs 🐶, buzzing with happy, sunny energy. 🍃 Malibu Safari Wine Tasting. I’m not a big wine person 🍷, but feeding the animals? Absolutely love it! The chances of getting showered with animal affection are pretty high here. 🦌🥕 🍃 Reading and drinking tea out in nature. Sometimes I go all out with preparations, but often it’s just a thermos, one cup, some fruit, and a book. Time flies this way! My go-to spots: Lacy Park, Malibu beaches, PV coastline 🏝️, Joshua Tree desert, and even Trump Golf Course. 🍃 Gazing at the Milky Way and stars. Joshua Tree is my most frequent spot—Death Valley is great too. You can even stargaze by the ocean, though it gets pretty chilly at night. Pro tip from years of galaxy watching: lie flat on the ground, and always bring a thick jacket! 🌌🧥 🍃 Going out for a picnic—best with two or three people. I love it when the girls split up bringing different foods. Easy, beautiful, and so relaxing. My secret spot: Claremont College. 🧺💐 🍃 Having brunch at Malibu Farm. A long-time favorite of mine—delicious, affordable, and with amazing views. It’s a family tradition. You can even catch the sunrise if you wake up early! 🌅🍳 🍃 Watching LA sunsets 🌇. Even on busy days, you can just step outside your home or office—you know LA sunsets never disappoint. 🍃 Enjoy peaceful moments amid the city bustle: reading and sipping tea . I especially love joining their tea ceremony workshops, held every Wednesday and Friday morning. Every time I go, I feel mentally and physically recharged. 🍵✨ 🍃 Making simple wellness desserts. They have to be easy—if it’s too complicated, it’s not relaxing anymore! Think sweet fermented rice with egg, shiso drink, plum syrup, or chilled cheese curd. 🍶🍮 🍃 And of course… going hiking. It’s the ultimate energy recharge. 🥾⛰️ What are your favorite little energy-boosting rituals around LA?
