🚫 My Urth Caffe Experience… Totally Disappointing 😓
I had high hopes for Urth Caffe South Bay — they roast their own beans, display a beautiful case of delicate cakes, and the atmosphere feels inviting. It seemed like the perfect spot for a relaxed brunch… but things went downhill fast. From the moment we arrived, it was one confusion after another: 🅿️ Forced Valet Parking Even though there were plenty of open spots, valet was mandatory — extra cost and extra hassle. 🥪 Self-Service, But Not Really Even for dine-in, you have to order at the counter. No table service — a bit disappointing for a place that offers valet. ⏳ The Long, Frustrating Wait We waited over 45 minutes for our food. We watched people who ordered after us get their meals first — with no explanation or updates. When I finally stopped a staff member, all I got was: “The eggs aren’t ready yet.” 😑 The Final Letdown When the food finally arrived… my sandwich was cold. The toast that should’ve been crispy and warm? Completely cool — a clear sign it had been sitting out for way too long. Not a single apology. No one cared. 📍 Urth Caffe South Bay ⏰ Wait Time: ~45–60 mins 💸 Price: $25–35 per person 🚗 Parking: Mandatory valet 💔 The Verdict: Nice atmosphere, pretty coffee and desserts — but terrible service and management. I don’t think I’ll be back. #UrthCaffe #LABrunchFail #DisappointingExperience #SouthBayEats #LAFoodie #NoService
