Near Banff National Park

📍Near Banff National Park (2-3 days) 1️⃣Moraine Lake In my heart, this lake is really the most beautiful lake I've ever been to🌄! It's beautiful on cloudy days, beautiful on sunny days, and even more beautiful at sunrise! Looking at the photos now, I still fall in love with it repeatedly💘! Because to get to this lake, you need to book a bus or join a tour group (except hotel guests can drive in), so I strongly recommend staying at Moraine Lake Lodge where we stayed (see the accommodation introduction below for details)🏨. 2️⃣ Lake Louise The famous Lake Louise, the color of the lake is beautiful💧. When we went there, it was a holiday, so there were a lot of people👨👩👧👦. I wonder if you will have the same feeling as me: no matter how beautiful the scenery is, it will be less impressive when there are too many people😮‍💨. This lake has a parking lot, and you can drive in by private car🚗. 3️⃣ Peyto Lake This Tiffany blue lake is also very special💎, but you can only see it from a distance on the viewing platform. You need to do a little hiking here🚶. The first viewing point has a lot of tourists. It is highly recommended to go to Peyto Panorama Viewpoint. There are very few people at this viewing point, but it takes about 20 more minutes of hiking, and the path is not particularly easy to find. It is recommended to download AllTrails and follow the map🗺️! 4️⃣ Other lakes Some people like Bow Lake very much, but I personally think it's just so-so😐. It's located right next to the Icefields Parkway, so you can see it when you pass by. Grassi Lakes is near the town of Canmore. It takes about half an hour to walk from the parking lot (hiking is required), and it's a bit like Jiuzhaigou✨. 5️⃣ Banff Town This is the largest town near these national parks, and it's quite nice for shopping🛍️ (there are Canada Goose and some outdoor stores)~ For food, I recommend Arashi Ramen🍜! 6️⃣ Banff Gondola There is a gondola in Banff Town, and you can take the cable car up the mountain🚠. The viewing platform on the mountain is surrounded by mountains on all sides.
