We ordered the Polish sausage with roasted pork, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and pickles. The taste and texture are incredibly rich! The sausage skin is also crispy, and it tastes somewhat like smoked Harbin red sausage. It’s all Gouda Burger 🍔 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The patty is made from well-marbled beef brisket, stuffed with plenty of smoked Gouda cheese and peach bacon bourbon jam to enhance the flavor and moisture. Each bite is a progression of the soft bread, fragrant beef, salty bacon, and sweet peach jam, it's pure happiness. Poutine 🍟 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Freshly cut, skin-on fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, incredibly flavorful! If you find it too simple, you can also add beef or spicy curry chicken. House Lager 🍺 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their own craft beer, refreshing with a hint of sweetness, the smooth yeasty taste perfectly offsets the greasiness of the main dishes, I really enjoy it.
