New York Chinese food--Tai Er 太二酸菜鱼 (Flushing)
🐟 Old Pot Pickled Cabbage Fish (Medium Portion) The fish used here is different from what's used in China, where perch is commonly used, while in LA they use tilapia. The pickled cabbage has a lighter flavor compared to what's found in China, but for some reason, the soup tastes stronger. We also added enoki mushrooms and crispy tofu. Compared to China, the enoki mushrooms are quite scarce, and the crispy tofu hasn't absorbed much flavor and is rather tasteless. A medium portion is about right for two people. 🐂 Super Rice-Friendly Stir-Fried Beef Not tasty. The beef is cut into small,碎 pieces and lacks flavor. It tastes like it's made from pre-prepared ingredients. 🍶 Yogurt A small cup of yogurt was included, like a shot glass. The yogurt is relatively thin. 🚩Tai Er 太二酸菜鱼 (Flushing) 133-36 37th Ave F17.Queens.NY11354 #Tai Er 太二酸菜鱼 (Flushing)#New York # food diary
