Niagara Skylon Revolving Restaurant: A Double Delight of Scenery and C
We set off from Toronto to Niagara Falls early this morning, and it took about an hour and a half to arrive. At 12:45, we met up with our tour guide, who showed us around the entire fallsâit was absolutely spectacular! đ Standing before this natural wonder, my heart was filled with gratitude, thanking the Earth for such a beautiful sight. Though we are small, each of us can do our part to protect the planet. đ In the evening, we went to the Skylon Tower's Revolving Dining Room, and it completely exceeded my expectationsâso many pleasant surprises! From appetizers to desserts, every dish was amazing! đ Appetizers Onion Soup: Covered with a thick layer of cheese, the broth had a subtle beef bone flavor, and the aroma of onions was just right. đ§ Escargots: The rich garlic flavor didnât overpower the snailsâ natural freshness at all. I even sopped up every drop of sauce on the plate with bread! đ Main Courses Thick-cut Prime Rib: Served with homemade Au Jus sauce, the beef was tender and juicy, the sauce rich and mellowâeven the potatoes were delicious. đ„© Lamb Chops: Simply impeccable. Cooked to medium-rare, they were tender and juicy with no gaminess at all, leaving a lingering taste. đ Desserts Homemade Cheesecake: Topped with a big scoop of freshly whipped cream, it had a dense texture, rich aroma, and layered taste. đ„ CrĂšme brĂ»lĂ©e: A solid custardâwhen I gently spooned into it, I thought it might be overcooked, but it was surprisingly smooth with a strong egg flavor, perfectly balanced. đź Enjoying delicious food while admiring the beauty of Niagara Falls is truly one of lifeâs great pleasures! đ #NiagaraFalls #SkylonRevolvingRestaurant #Foodie #FoodLovers #TorontoTravel #TorontoFood #TorontoFoodie
