Republik Coffee is a popular spot on Google, but unlike some trendy places, it actually delivers on quality! 🙌 Open from 7 AM to 5 PM, I arrived at 9 AM on a Saturday and there was already a line. It was raining that day, so the outdoor seating wasn't available—but on a nice day, sitting under the big tree would definitely be even better! ☔➡️🌳 Everything I ordered tasted amazing, but I especially recommend the Truffle Mushroom Brie Toast — when the server brought it over, the rich aroma of mushrooms hit right away.
