🐦Noble Coyote is a local coffee roaster located in downtown Dallas. It has been in business for many years and has won numerous awards. Their coffee is now available at Whole Foods, at least within the state of Texas. 🦒They offer a coffee tasting event once a month. If you're interested, you can check their official website. The next one is on May 3rd at 10:00 a.m., and it lasts for an hour. You need to make a reservation in advance. Their coffee beans often participate in competitions, and the judging process is essentially a cupping experience. This process mainly involves pour-over coffee, rather than using an espresso machine like at home. The entire tasting process starts with an introduction to the coffee beans, including information about their origin, cultivation, roasting, and the pour-over method. There's also a chance to smell the aroma. It's quite an interesting experience, and their coffee is really delicious. I named my coffee "The Lone Wolf."
