📍 Prime Fish After work on Friday, we randomly picked a sushi spot — and wow, what a fantastic surprise! 😲 The quality was absolutely top-tier 🎯, and I’d confidently rank this among CLT’s top 1 sushi destinations! 【Nigiri】 We ordered the Nigiri Tasting — 8 pieces selected by the chef 🍣 — and added an extra order of freshwater eel. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice portion was just right (on the lighter side, the way good nigiri should be!). The chef’s skill really showed — each piece held together perfectly 👌. 【Rolls】 🍤 Special Roll “No Name” – Eel plus seared filet, wrapped around a crispy fried shrimp… so delicious! (Just a small note: the fried sweet potato bits felt a tiny bit unnecessary 😅) 🌶️ Spicy Tuna Roll – They weren’t shy with the tuna! Generous filling and seriously satisfying. 【Appetizer】 🦆 D’Quack – Smoked duck breast — rich but not greasy, so flavorful!
