This spot is located in the Roland Rowland plaza, and every time I pass by, itβs filled with Korean locals β always a good sign! I finally tried it yesterday after grocery shopping, and wow β their soondubu jjigae (tofu soup) totally hit the spot! π What We Ordered: Seafood Tofu Soup β The broth was light yet flavorful, not overly salty π¦ Seafood & Beef Tofu Soup β Richer and deeper in flavor, with a nice beefy aroma that added another layer of yum Grilled Galbi (Short Ribs) β Tender, juicy, slightly sweet and charred β perfect with rice! A combo of one tofu soup + galbi makes a perfectly satisfying meal. π And can we talk about the rice? Itβs served in a mini pressure cooker β let it sit for a bit, and you get soft, chewy, perfectly steamed rice. So good!
