Having lunch under the sun in a blooming botanical garden has to be one of the most delightful things to do in spring, right? 💐☀️ Near Irvine, close to Newport Beach, there’s a stunning botanical garden called Sherman Library & Gardens! 📍 Address: 2647 East Coast Hwy, Corona Del Mar, CA 92625 Inside, you’ll find not only a wonderful variety of plants but also a library, a gift shop, and floral exhibition spaces. The best part? There’s a restaurant right in the central garden called 608 Dahlia. Their dishes are beautifully plated, delicious, and full of creativity! 🍽️✨ • Roasted Chicken: So tender and juicy! Served with fresh seasonal veggies that are just as amazing. • Grilled Fish: Unique flavor, paired with delicious green-hued mashed potatoes. • Basque Cake: Sweet, rich, and full of creamy goodness! 🍰 HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 👍💖 Try to make a reservation before you go – it can get pretty busy! There’s plenty of free parking near the garden entrance (street parking + dedicated lot). Entry to the garden is $5, but sometimes it’s free during special events or sales.
