🌸🌺🌿🍃 Off-the-Beaten-Path Cherry Blossom Spots at Mount Fuji, Japan 🗻 When it comes to Mount Fuji, most people think of Kawaguchiko and Hakone. 🏞️ 🌸🌺🌿🍃 This time, while traveling in Shizuoka, I stumbled upon a grand shrine near Fujinomiya called the Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha. 🏯 I thought I'd check it out, not really expecting much. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ 🌸🌺🌿🍃 Transportation: 🚆📍 Take the JR to Fuji Station and transfer to the extension line to Fujinomiya or Nishi-Fujinomiya, then walk for 10-15 minutes. Google Maps will guide you. 🗺️ 🌸🌺🌿🍃 We got off at Nishi-Fujinomiya and walked there, and then took the train back from Fujinomiya. 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ #FujisanHonguSengenTaisha 🌸
