𫧠One of Gold Coast Locals' Favorite Beaches | Rainbow Bay
Compared to Burleigh Heads, Rainbow Bay in Coolangatta is more recommended! Yesterday, we happened to see π whales diving into the water with their tails swinging, and π¬ dolphins leaping out of the sea in groups. The scene was vivid and shocking, as if nature had specially staged a wonderful performance for us.β It's located at the border of QLD and NSW, almost at the end of the Gold Coast. For someone like me who doesn't have a car and lives in Brisbane, I have to take the train to Varsity Lake early in the morning, then transfer to the 760 bus to Griffith St at Coolangatta East, Coolangatta. Although it took some time on the way, all the fatigue vanished as soon as I arrived here π.β βοΈ There are several super photogenic check-in spots in Rainbow Bay: Standing on the cliff and overlooking the sea, the waves crash against the reefs, splashing white spray. The sky and the sea meet in the distance, and every casual shot is like a magazine blockbuster. Snapper rocks is also highly recommended. In the pool surrounded by natural rocks, the sea water is clear to the bottom. When the tide rises, it feels like floating on the sea, and it's only a few minutes' walk away. Then there are the QLD-NSW monument and the "Welcome to New South Wales" . Taking photos at the border of the two states gives a wonderful feeling of standing across two states with one foot. There's also the fish and chips shop I privately recommend in . The golden and crispy fish with crispy-on-the-outside and tender-on-the-inside chips, dipped in ketchup, is so delicious that you'll lick your fingers. Even the retro decorations at the door are great for taking photos πΈ. And the brunch I have every time I go, as shown , is very reasonably priced, all under 20 AUD. It has a large portion and delicious taste. Sitting in the outdoor seat, eating while watching the sea, it's so comfortable that you don't want to leave. Anyway, this place is beautifully stunning, and even a whole day of taking photos is not enough π.β #Brisbane #GoldCoast #StudyAbroadInBrisbane #SeasidePhotography #TodaysSeaside
