The customer service here is truly exceptional β the front desk staff are incredibly friendly and greet guests warmly every single day. π₯°π Breakfast offers a great variety with four delicious Γ la carte options to choose from. βπ³ Thereβs even a Starbucks coffee station in the lobby, open from 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM β perfect for any time of day! β¨ The room was well-equipped with a mini-bar, complimentary bottled water, and an extremely comfortable bed β everything you need for a restful stay. ποΈπ§π« I honestly canβt find any major flaws! If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to update the elevators, but thatβs a minor point compared to the outstanding service and fantastic location. ποΈπ Speaking of location β the hotel is right in front of the metro station and super close to the Astros stadium! βΎπ I traveled with a large group and we booked 8 rooms in total β everyone had an amazing experience.
