One of the most authentic Korean restaurants in Houston

🔥The day we move away from Houston is getting closer, and I’m truly grateful for the close friends I’ve made in these short two years. 🔥Today, I visited this Korean restaurant by invitation. The decor inside really won me over, and there’s even a gallery to the left. After filling up on food, you can enjoy some art. This kind of themed restaurant used to be more common in New York and back home. 🔥Speaking of their dishes: the flavors are a bit on the salty side. Maybe my taste buds aren’t used to such heavy seasoning, but the freshness of the ingredients and the generous portions are pretty good. 🍣They also give you a lot of side dishes. I really liked the shrimp fried rice (the key is that it’s not too oily), and I think the doenjang jjigae (soybean paste soup) is okay (though a bit salty). Their seafood pancake is the thickest I’ve ever had—I used to only find thin ones. 🍣Overall, I think it’s pretty good. Whether it’s delicious or not is subjective, but I’d recommend it. If you haven’t tried it, go ahead and experience it for yourself. The prices are a bit high, but it’s worth it for an occasional treat. Address: 1453 Witte Rd, Houston, TX 77080 Restaurant Name: BORI #Houston #HoustonFood #HoustonLife #HoustonNearbyAttractions #HoustonRealEstate #HoustonRestaurantReview
