🍜 Open Rice Charlotte – Asian Fusion Eatery in SouthPark

Went shopping at SouthPark Mall yesterday and got super hungry πŸ˜‹β€¦ so I decided to try this Asian fusion spot I found online! The restaurant focuses on New Asian Fusion cuisine 🍲, and most customers were American. The menu is a mix of Hong Kong, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Singaporean influences – from char siu to pho, Korean beef to pineapple fried rice 🍍🍚. Since I was alone, I could only try a couple of things: Beef Ho Fun: Well-cooked and flavorful – really enjoyed it! Brown Sugar Bubble Tea: Just okay… better boba places out there πŸ§‹. The real star? Their homemade chili oil 🌢️! I liked it so much I asked for a extra to go – perfect with my homemade garlic noodles later πŸ˜‰. They also serve eggle waffles πŸ§‡ in different flavors for dessert – but I was too full. Next time I’ll bring my hubby JaiJai to try more! The location is convenient – right in a shopping plaza with Target and HomeGoods nearby πŸ›οΈ. πŸ“ Address: 9882 Rea Rd Suite F, Charlotte, NC 28277 ⏰ Note: They close between 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM – don’t go during break time! I’d come back, but prices are a bit high – $17 for noodles + $5 for boba + tax & tip = $30 for a solo lunch πŸ₯ΉπŸ’Έ. #OpenRice #CharlotteEats #AsianFusion #FoodReview #CLTfood #NorthCarolina #BubbleTea #SouthPark
