Let me start off with DON'T waste your time or money, this is so far from authentic fusion anything. I'm confused as to why this place has been given such a good rating. There are so many other "authentic Asian places to choose from. To help those out there to understand, it's not just Korean, it's Chinese, Hong Kong style Asian fusion, with a hint of Japanese. My friends are both Asian, I lived in and grew up in Asia. I have added pics of the food we did end up trying. The person whot seated us was very confused about what he was doing The food was awful, overpriced, and far from authentic, there was no wait on a Friday night. Went last night with 2 other friends. I had the milk tea, it was bitter, my friends had wine. Food looks appealing, presentation is good, FOOD BAD! We did the usual thing order 3 dishes to share, tried to order 3 apps to share, we cancelled all the apps, sent back the only one we tried😨. They bring dishes out as they are ready, not all at once not a deal breaker. We tried the crispy spicy tofu, it was so bad we all tried to eat 1 bite, it was so bad. We called over the server, I was wrapping it in my napkin as our server walked over so we could cancel the other apps.and send this back. Our 1st dish arrived, the miso butter corn chicken, TASTELESS! Our second entree arrived the Hong Kong style roast duck, it looked good, that's where the good part ended. Then our 3rd dish arrived the Hong Kong style baked pork chop, this was the worst yet. There was nothing authentic about any of this, the fusion thing just didn't Work! We decided after not eating much of any of the dishes to try dessert, the bubble waffle. Now to be fair, green tea ice cream good, toppings, good (chocolate chips, kit kat, chocolate sauce) first pic. Server brought the check asked if we wanted to take things to go, WE ALL SAID NO AT THE SAME TIME! We ended up with basically $100 check for this, only 2 wine, 1 tea, 1 app, 3 dishes, 1 dessert. We paid our check, left and went somewhere else to eat. Overall food TASTELESS,...
Read moreService was attentive and pleasant. Other than that, it was a seriously disappointing meal. I really, really wanted to love this place. I've visited Hong Kong several times and this was far from the delicious food I remember. The dishes need more flavor, better texture and heat!. The food: The char sui was okay, but too many of the pieces were so fatty that they were inedible. Would've liked more pieces of actual pork meat. The kimchi fried rice took the prize for worse fried rice I've ever had. The rice came in a huge cast iron that overtook the table. It tasted like a flavorless jumbalaya with CHEESE on top. Why cheese? I still don't understand. Of course, after a few minutes, the cheese hardens to form clumps of bad jambalaya rice balls, gross. There was 1 piece in total of kimchi in this huge cast iron, mind you, it's called kimchi fried rice. Please add a lot more kimchi and increase the spiciness of the rice. Kimchi adds such a nice, vinegary element that compliments crispy rice so well. That brings me to the rice which didn't taste fried and had no crispy pieces either. Since it came out in a cast iron, I expected to have the crispy bottom which it was missing. The rice needs a nice crispy edge. The pieces of ham and bacon were so thick and chewy rather than being crispy, chewy. The egg came like an omelet, not chopped or properly mixed into the rice. The rice dish is were I see the biggest opportunity for improvement. Next was the crispy tofu, which was overly breaded and hard. The tofu itself was fine but the breading could be softer and have a spicy kick too. Lastly, the bubble waffle wasn't too bad except the batter was too sweet - it drowned out the eggy batter taste that the egg waffle is known for. I'll be looking forward to following their improvements to their food and menu. Also, it was incredibly noisy, please consider adding soundproofing panels throughout...

What a great place!
Really good, basic Chinese food, large portions, great price. I took the recommendations of my server and she was spot on with everything.
I loved the fried golden buns, it was not sweet at all, even dipping it in the condensed milk? Small bites. It was a creamy, not sugary sweet taste. She said people often aid it at the beginning as well as the end. I really enjoyed it just to taste at the start!
The fried chicken dumplings? Excellent flavor and fresh.
Almost got the sliced pork (aka Hong Kong Char Siu) but opted for the cast-iron skillet, chicken fried rice and the pineapple fried rice which had shrimp and chicken in it as well.
Excellent dishes, fresh ingredients. The shrimp, the chicken were perfect, not dried out, very tender. I personally loved the turmeric in the pineapple fried rice, and the presentation was really cool as well.
I did ask for Yum Yum sauce to kick the flavor up a notch and a little bit of soy. The dishes are not heavy on salt or spices but for me? I enjoy that because I would rather add the flavor on my own.
Can I just say that of the two, even though the pineapple fried rice was great, oh my God - that skillet fried rice had cheese melted over the top! Yes, you heard me right - cheese! And it was set on top of a very thin layer of egg. It just really did it for me and again the flavors, you could taste the proteins and the fresh vegetables nothing was overpowering.
Really looking forward to going back and trying the sliced pork and the spring rolls.
Staff was excellent very responsive. Food came out quickly. The place was clean.
Very busy by the way, so kind of loud but it’s OK. I was there for the food and I will...
