Orange County Area|Yakitori I Eat Every Month 🍢
I’ve loved this yakitori spot since college—and their quality is still consistently great! Worth revisiting again and again. I’ve posted about it several times but just can’t help sharing again 😄 Love the vibe here—lively, bustling, full of that warm, everyday energy. Sitting at the bar is especially nice—you can watch the chefs grill over charcoal right in front of you. They also have a Mega Sapporo that’s literally huge 🍻 My go-to skewers every time: 🐓 Gizzard – Simple salt seasoning, so fragrant 🍅 Cherry Tomato w/ Bacon – Sweet tomato wrapped in savory bacon 🍗 Thigh w/ Green Onion – Juicy chicken thigh with sweet scallions 🦴 Cartilage – Crunchy chicken cartilage ❤️ Special Heart – Super tender 🐮 Kobe Beef Rib w/ Garlic – A must for garlic lovers 🐖 Intestine – For those who enjoy pork intestine 🍖 Liver – Creamy and tender, grilled just right 🍢 Skin – Crispy chicken skin with delicious glaze 🍄 Shiitake Mushroom – Grilled until deeply savory and addictive If you need a palate cleanser, their yuzu sauce is perfect for cutting through the richness. Perfect for after-work hangouts or weekend gatherings with drinks—yakitori happiness at its best! I really love this place—I come here every month without fail 🥢 Just a heads-up: don’t go to the wrong spot—the ramen shop is next door. While waiting in line, you can grab Portuguese egg tarts and cookies from Paderia across the street 🍪 🍢 Shin Sen Gumi Robata & Yakitori 📍 18315 Brookhurst St, Ste 1, Fountain Valley, CA #LocalEats #FoodieWithMQ #Inspiration #IrvineAreaEats #LAExplorer #LAEats #YakitoriLove
