Ottawa Downtown 🌟 Brunch Recommendation!
☕️ Environment: The decoration and ambiance of this place, in my opinion, are on par with the popular Ottawa brunch spot Cocotte Cafe. It's quite suitable for a weekend date, with an overall feeling of being exquisite yet not too formal. When it's not too crowded, ask the waiter for a seat at the birdcage table for better privacy. 🍽️ Service: I think the service is quite good. Although there aren't many waiters, the ordering process is quite professional, and they will pour water when it's time to do so. They won't keep asking you how the food is or if everything is good, which can be a bit disturb ing to guests. They probably came by 1-2 times during my entire meal. (Great sense of discretion 👍) 🥗 Taste: Due to the good decoration and service, my expectations for their dishes were a bit high. I ordered their signature brunch, and overall, it's not a bad choice, but there's nothing particularly remarkable about it, just average. The sunny side up egg 🍳 was even a bit overcooked. ⭕️ In summary! If you're looking for a place to relax on a sunny weekend, this restaurant is still a good choice, definitely offering great emotional value! The location is also great, in Byward Market, so after eating, you can take a stroll around the streets, visit the Parliament, or wander around the art gallery, all of which are not far away. #Ottawa #UniversityofOttawa #Food #OttawaTravel #brunch #breakfastlunch #RestaurantRecommendation
