Outdoor Dining in San Juan

Raíces in San Juan offers a wonderful atmosphere and delicious Puerto Rican cuisine, though the service could use some improvement. 🧁We chose to sit outside to enjoy the lively environment and people-watching while waiting for our meal. 🍷However, despite asking multiple times about outdoor seating, we never received a clear response and ended up finding our own table. The food itself was excellent—our chicken, steak, salad, and soup were all flavorful, and the portions were generous. ✨ That said, the service was slow and inattentive. We waited a long time to be acknowledged and eventually had to call out to get assistance.
