Who would've thought? Two years ago, you couldn't have paid me to willingly eat a "white people" health bowl. But hey, people change! 😅 I've finally gotten the hype, and Pacha Collective near Green Lake is a perfect example. 🥑 The place was buzzing with people and had such a nice, airy vibe. 🌿 I ordered the Southwest Steak Bowl and it was unexpectedly incredible! So well-balanced and light, yet I couldn't stop eating. 🤤 The Mexican beans weren't salty at all, making them a perfect base. ✅ My friends' orders were all hits too: Breakfast Scramble 🍳 Roasted Veggie Bowl with Chicken 🥦 And a Parfait that sadly went photo-less but was delicious! 🫐 Safe to say, I'll definitely be back! 🔁 👍 #SeattleEats #HealthyEating #PachaCollective #GreenLake #FoodieDiscovery #WhitePeopleFoodRevelation
