Pasadena’s Hidden Gem: Arlington Garden 🌿💫
While wandering around Pasadena this weekend, I stumbled upon this full-of-surprises little garden! The site was once the famous Durand Mansion from the last century, and has since been transformed by residents and landscape designers into a beautiful, free public garden. 🏡✨ Though small—just 3 acres—it’s divided into many “garden rooms” that blend Mediterranean and native California plants. It’s low-maintenance, water-wise, and eco-friendly! 🌵🌺 Throughout the garden, you’ll find remnants of the old mansion—sculpture fragments, ceramic pieces, and vintage bricks—all cleverly integrated into the landscape. So charming and thoughtful! 🧱🎨 📸 Super photogenic! Great for still-life shots, OOTDs, or a relaxing stroll with your kids or pup. 🐶📷 📍 Address: 275 Arlington Dr, Pasadena 🕗 Hours: Daily, 8am–6pm | Free entry! 🆓 Have you visited a hidden garden like this before?
