Philadelphia|Argentinian Grilled Meat Recommended

Hidden in Old City, this Argentinian steakhouse was highly praised by our South American colleague as “one of the closest to the taste of home.” The neighborhood itself feels old European, and the restaurant is understated from the outside.😍🙌 We ordered their signature — PARRILLADA ARGENTINA (Argentinian mixed grill for two, $68). Portions were huge — two of us couldn’t finish it! The platter included: Grilled Angus Short Ribs – Well-marbled, full of charcoal aroma, gets better the more you chew.🙌👍 Skirt Steak – Chewy but not tough at all. Sausage – Savory, slightly spicy. Blood Sausage – I was hesitant, but it was surprisingly delicious — smooth, paste-like inside, unique texture.💕😊 Sweetbreads – Crispy outside, tender inside — that crispy skin is a highlight! The meats are richly charred with minimal seasoning — the focus is on the pure, smoky flavor of the meat.👌😘 Highly recommend adding salt & pepper to taste. We also ordered Rabas (fried calamari, $17) — decent and crispy when hot, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, the ambiance is warm and cozy with soft lighting — great for small gatherings or a quiet meat-centric date night. Malbec Argentine Steakhouse 📍 400 S 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19147 💰 ~$50–100 per person #PhillyEats #MalbecArgentine #GrilledMeat #ArgentinianFood #OldCityPhilly #Steakhouse
