Pho Bac's Banh Mi: The Hidden Gem You Haven't Tried

🧘‍♀️8c, 8c, 8c! I can't stress this enough—this is the best Banh Mi I've ever had. I guess most people wouldn't order this on their own. When you have meat options, who would think of getting an egg sandwich, especially the most expensive one? But as a seasoned foodie, I always look for the "secrets" on the menu. Although this habit has led me to many disappointments, it occasionally uncovers hidden culinary treasures. ⭐️This dish, like most Banh Mi, comes with chicken liver pâté and Vietnamese butter. But what sets the 8c version apart is that the bread is always fresh out of the oven—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Unlike other Banh Mi, where the bread can feel like a brick, this one is perfect. The most important thing is to eat it with Vietnamese soy sauce. 🥰 I usually avoid this with Pho because the sodium content turns me off, but my Vietnamese friend insisted I try it with the Banh Mi. Surprisingly, it enhances the flavor. For the first time, I understood what "delicious" really means when eating a sandwich. Looking back at the ingredients and sodium content, it's no wonder it tastes so good! It's like eating pork cracklings with soy sauce rice—how could it not be satisfying? Give it a try and see for yourself. One bite and you'll be hooked! #DallasFood #Pho #BanhMi #Dallas #DallasLife #PhoBac #NorthAmericanLife
