Pink Pony Cafe|Not Quite Crêpes But Delicious Anyway!

On our way to Olympic National Park for Independence Day, we stumbled upon this quirky café in Port Angeles—and guess what? They serve crêpes! 🎉 After days of burgers and fish & chips (the only options near national parks 😩), this was a breath of fresh air. So we had to stop! We ordered four crêpes in three flavors: 🐟 Smoked Salmon 🍗 T.B.P (Turkey + Bacon + Pesto) 🍓 Strawberries & Cream Watching them make the crêpes was hypnotizing—the technique looked just like Chinese jianbing (see pic 2!), except instead of folding it into a half-moon, they shaped it into a triangle. So really, it’s more like a giant breakfast egg pancake with American fillings and a French name. 🫓✨ The verdict? ✔️ Confusing but delicious! The savory ones were packed—the salmon crêpe was stuffed with fish, and the T.B.P was overflowing with turkey, bacon, pesto, spinach, onions, and cheese. ✔️ The strawberry & cream was light and balanced—no American-style sugar overload here! ✔️ The texture was perfect: crispy edges, soft inside, with fillings that melded beautifully. Pure satisfaction! 😍 At $15-20 per person, we were full until 6 PM—perfect for a full day of hiking! Pink Pony Cafe, you’re a legend. 📍 222 N Lincoln St Ste 103, Port Angeles, WA 98362 #PortAngelesEats #OlympicNationalPark #Crêpes #SeattleBrunch #HiddenGem #RoadTripEats #FoodieFind #MustTry #BreakfastGoals
