Visited in August 2025 and enjoyed our flavored latte, regular latte and hot chocolate. On our 1st visit the service was fantastic and we felt appreciated. The cashier even accommodated our unique requests. We loved it so much we went again before we departed back home. Unfortunately, the second visit was not a good one. The cashier (different than the other) did not write up our order correctly, and we paid then waited for the drinks. When our drinks were ready, we asked a question and was told 'this is what you ordered, this is what the ticket said' and we politely said "but it's not what we ordered, can we get what we originally wanted?" It was at this point the attitude in the staff shifted dramatically. We offered to pay to fix the order and they declined. The saddest part? My drink was made incorrectly as well (tasted NOTHING like the identical drink I ordered just the day prior) and instead of asking for it to be re-made, I decided to walk out and threw it away. I'd have to think hard about going in again. Bummer. It seemed so great and busy but I was disappointed in the...
Read moreTried three crepes (Smoked salmon with dill; Ham & Swiss; and the Harbor Town scrambled egg with bacon add-on) Solid food and friendly service. Not the speediest since they only had 2 crepe griddles heated up out of 4 available. If you’re rushing for the Blackball Ferry you should peer into the seating area to see how many people are seated and waiting for food/coffees. Plates are not pre-warmed so savory crepes loose their heat quickly. Lavender Haze latte was EXCELLENT !! Blackberry syrup, Lavender syrup AND lavender bitters with white chocolate drizzle on foam). New owner but basic crepe menu remains very similar to prior menu. Salmon Dill had a nice level of dill and capers. The Ham & Swiss had a strong Swiss flavor. Both pleasing and filling. Expect $22 per crepe (overall total price including taxes and tips) Will come back again due to quality and location. Restroom is now key code (Good) instead of the previous community key which kept...
Read moreWas really excited to go to this place before we hopped on our ferry to Canada. We allotted one hour to eat and hop on the ferry which was across the street. As this was a small cafe, we thought this would be more than enough time. We were wrong. The person making them was averaging about 8-10 minutes per crepe and there were orders before us. We let them know we were still waiting after 45 mins. The staff promptly responded by firing up the second crepe pan after I asked if they could make our crepes in time to make the ferry. They committed to doing this and after a total of 58 minutes we received all of our crepes and had to get them to go. The last crepe was undercooked and not that great as it was rushed.
So… cute place…. And if you have an hour or more to wait for a crepe, by all means check...
