Plano | Mi Dia from scratch

🔥A Mexican restaurant near Cinemark at West Plano cinema, within walking distance. It features traditional Mexican recipes, combined with Santa Fe and Tex-Mex flavors. The ambiance is pleasant, and the music isn't too loud. It's a great spot to grab a meal and chat with friends after watching a movie. ✔︎Upon entering, you're greeted with complimentary chips and salsa. ✔︎Duck Taco Highly recommended. The duck has just the right amount of marbling and is seasoned just right. You can add your own choice of sauce. A plate comes with four tacos, served with rice and beans—more than enough to fill you up. ✔︎Steak & Stuffed Green Chiles⭐️ The 28-day aged steak is tender, but the seasoning is a bit salty. Paired with thick cheese, it can get a bit heavy after a few bites, so the green chiles are a nice, refreshing contrast. It's better for sharing among a group; not ideal for a single person to order. The duck taco is still the top pick. ✔︎Churro Ice Cream🎉 For dessert, we tried the chocolate-filled Mexican churros, served with ice cream. The first bite was pure bliss with the sugar and oil mixture. However, the second one was a bit too much and felt a bit overwhelming. Next time, I'd like to try their banana leaf-wrapped grilled salmon. 3310 Dallas Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093 #DallasCuisine
