Plano Dining Review: Toulouse Cafe and Bar

🪴I declare that this is the best French cuisine I’ve ever had in the United States—it feels like being back on the Champs-Élysées. How can this duck leg be so perfectly stewed? 🪴So many French dishes in the U.S. have dry and tough duck legs, but this one! It’s so tender that it falls off the bone with just a touch, and the sauce is divine. Eating it made me feel so ungraceful—simply because it was just too delicious. And the foie gras! ❤️It’s not the kind of greasy, fatty liver you often find. It has a mousse-like texture that you can easily spread with a knife. Paired with the jam on the plate, it’s absolutely incredible—exactly like the one I had on the Champs-Élysées over a decade ago.
