Portland | Four Seasons Fragrance - A Tasty Spot Worth the Wait!

This restaurant is actually located in Beaverton and reopened after a fire. Although there's basically no service—it's all self-service—the food is really good 😊. When it first opened, we had to leave once because the wait was an hour. This time, we arrived at 1 PM and still waited half an hour. I recommend going on Monday or Tuesday to avoid the crowd 😅. We ordered a few signature dishes: Spicy Beef Tendon: Quite spicy and on the saltier side, but the texture was chewy and enjoyable 🌶️. Chengdu-style "Roasted" Lamb: Tasted similar to cumin lamb from other places. Not sure how it relates to "roasting," but the flavor was alright 🐑. Mouthwatering Chicken: Our portion seemed like scraps—mostly bones with very little meat, which was a bit disappointing 😔. Maoxuewang (Spicy Blood and Tofu Stew): It might have been because they were busy, but it arrived after we were almost full. This was the first time I've seen tofu added in this dish. The intestines were stewed for a long time, very flavorful and delicious 🍲. Overall, the food is tasty (though a bit salty) and offers great value for money. We'll definitely be back 💯. In China, dishes like these usually come with cilantro and green onions to make them more appetizing. Their absence here made the experience feel like it was missing something, but it was still satisfying 😌. Address: 16261 NW Cornell Rd, Beaverton, OR 97006. If the parking lot out front is full, you can park in the nearby supermarket lot 🅿️. #PortlandFood #FourSeasonsFragrance #ChineseCuisine #Beaverton #FoodDiary #GreatValue #Flavorful
