Portland Vietnamese Restaurant Recommendation - Pho Van
đ Pho Van Restaurant - 1919 SE 82nd Ave, Portland, OR 97216 Today, Iâm sharing one of our go-to restaurants whenever friends visitâPho Van Restaurant! While Portland may not have as many chain restaurants as other states, itâs home to many unique local eateries. Pho Van has several locations across the greater Portland area, but our favorite is the one on 82nd Avenue. The dining environment is so comfortable, it feels like youâre actually eating in Vietnam [smirk]. Here are mine and đâs recommendations: đ ChĂš VÄn: This is a Vietnamese dessert made with assorted beans, shaved ice, coconut milk, jellies, and chestnuts. Itâs incredibly rich in ingredients! The sweetness is just rightânot too overpoweringâand I personally love it [thumbs up]. đ BĂșn MÄng Vá»t (Duck and Bamboo Shoots): This duck and bamboo shoot noodle soup is đâs must-order. The duck is tender and flavorful, and the broth is light and sweet, reminding me of Taiwanese duck noodle soup. I always end up stealing several pieces of his duck [smirk]. đ BĂșn BĂČ Huáșż (Huáșż Style Beef Noodle Soup): Is anyone else a huge fan of BBH like me? Haha! I love this tangy and spicy noodle soup and always order a bowl when I visit a Vietnamese restaurant. đ CĂĄ Nưá»ng (Fried and Grilled Catfish): This is a classic Vietnamese dish, similar to eating Peking duckâyou wrap the fish in rice paper. The fish comes in sizes: small, medium, large, extra-large, and super large. If everyone already has their own main dish, ordering a small or medium portion is more than enough. This fish dish is delicious and looks impressive, making it perfect for sharing when dining in a group! Finally, hereâs the menu~ đČ Average cost per person: $20+ #PortlandRestaurantRecommendations #PortlandFood #PortlandVietnameseRestaurant #PortlandFoodExploration #PortlandFood #PortlandTravel #PortlandWeekendActivities #PortlandVietnameseCuisine #PortlandLife #PortlandWeekendPlans
