Pretty Meals in Columbus 🍽️✨

With graduation behind me, I’ve started counting down the days until I leave Columbus — but not before sharing some of the most memorable "pretty meals" I’ve enjoyed here! From cozy dates to fun gatherings with friends, these spots never disappoint. 1️⃣ SoCal Kitchen 📍 High St. A gorgeous restaurant where I celebrated both graduation and my birthday! 🌟 Must-tries: Scallops, oysters, tacos, and steak — the cauliflower in the scallop dish was a surprising delight! 🚫 Skip the cocktails, though. 2️⃣ Lindey’s 💑 Perfect for a fine dining date! 🍖 Friends swear by the lamb chops and steak, but I went for the halibut — no regrets! 🍮 The crème brûlée is a can’t-miss. 3️⃣ La Tavola 🇮🇹 Cozy Italian vibes! 🍝 Tried mushroom, duck, and bolognese pasta — bolognese won hands down! 🥗 Home salad was fresh and tasty (no pic, sorry!). 🎂 Cake was decent, but the gelato didn’t wow me. 4️⃣ The Pearl 💎 Another chic spot on High St. — great for dates! 🐚 Thai mussels were a highlight (I love all things Thai!). 🍰 Scallops were good, but I still prefer SoCal Kitchen or Barcelona. 🥧 The brown sugar pie is very sweet — perfect if you have a sweet tooth! 5️⃣ Tupelo Honey 🍗 Southern-style brunch done right! 🔥 Their sweet & spicy fried chicken and refreshing salad hit the spot every time. 6️⃣ Gallos Tap Room 🍻 Open till midnight — and home to the best wings in town! 😢 So sad I only discovered it after moving out of Taylor House… 7️⃣ La Chatelaine 🥐 Charming French brunch spot! 🧅 Onion soup and escargots are must-orders. 🍩 Their bakery is divine — the hazelnut cream éclair was perfectly balanced, and the palmier (butterfly pastry) was a crispy dream! 👀 The fruit tart and Napoleon looked incredible — wish I had more stomach space! 8️⃣ Kura 🍣 Revolving sushi in Polaris — affordable, fun, and always satisfying! 💖 A long-time Columbus favorite. 9️⃣ Yoshi’s Japanese Restaurant 🍱 Solid Japanese food — sadly, I forgot to take photos, but it’s worth a visit! These past two months of exploring Columbus have been more fulfilling than my entire two years here. I’ll definitely miss this city and its delicious memories! 💙 #ColumbusEats #OSU #DateNightSpots #GraduationEats #FoodieMemories #PrettyPlates #ColumbusOH 🎓🍴
