Puerto Rican Brunch in San Juan

🍔After an early morning in Old San Juan, we were just looking for a breakfast spot when a friend's recommendation led us to St. Germain. As soon as we stepped in, a cool breeze carrying the aroma of freshly baked bread welcomed us. ✨The dark wood decor, paired with vintage pendant lights and red-and-white checkered tablecloths, created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. 🍮Following our server’s suggestion, we confidently ordered two American breakfast sets. The dishes featured mixed greens topped with roasted nuts and berries, drizzled with a light and tangy lemon vinaigrette that awakened the palate. 🍵 My friend’s egg sandwich was even more impressive—the runny yolk blended seamlessly with melted cheese, soaking into the crispy sourdough bread. 🧀Even the side dishes were exceptionally delicious. The salad was also quite refreshing—definitely worth trying if you visit!
