Oh, the aroma! So fragrant, so irresistible! I’d come back to Barcelona just for PUR! 🤤 The scent of the cooking just won’t leave your nostrils alone! As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt a natural call, and paired with the fish bone fossil decor, I felt like Robinson Crusoe, dining alone. 🌴 Open kitchen + circular dining counter, the environment is also stunningly beautiful. 🌟 The portions are surprisingly generous for a Michelin-recommended place, like a chef from my local food stall who went and got an MBA and came back to upgrade the restaurant’s brand, but still worries about guests going hungry and serves up a storm. 🍽️ Make sure to order the Marrow – it’s divine! After sucking the marrow, I feel like I’ve grown two centimeters taller.
