Recommended Cozy Restaurant: Restaurant Raices

🧡Yesterday, I celebrated a friend's birthday with three others at Restaurant Raices. 🍵 Upon arrival, the greeting was warm and friendly, and about two minutes after we were seated, a server came to introduce themselves. The service here is excellent—highly recommended for those visiting San Juan. 🍺There was a minor issue with the drinks: the mojito was poorly balanced, with an overly sour taste that made it undrinkable. The three appetizers also had temperature issues—the marinated small dishes and cold platter were not served at the ideal temperature. 🥨The main dish, mofongo stuffed with shrimp, had two problems: it was not plated according to standard presentation, and the saltiness was not well-balanced. 🥐The service team performed professionally during the birthday celebration, with multiple servers joining in to sing birthday greetings. 🌈They proactively offered guava flan as a complimentary dessert, which effectively eased our earlier dissatisfaction. #SanJuanTravel #BirthdayCelebration #RestaurantRaices
