First visits at new Seattle spots always make me cautious, so I didn’t order much last time… but everything totally surprised me! 🤯 This week, I dined in and tried their matcha crêpe and soufflé pancakes 🍵. As someone who regularly imports matcha from Japan, I can confirm—they use the real, high-quality stuff! The tiramisu soufflé was incredibly airy and light ☁️, and the best part?
