Relaxing and enjoying tea at the museum this Halloween in DC 🎃🍵
🙋♀️ While flipping through my photo album, I suddenly came across this quick-service (tea) shop that I haven’t posted about yet. The color scheme of this adorable drink is perfect for the upcoming Halloween! If you’re in the DC museum area recently, you can pop in for a tea break, or sit down for a curry rice or Japanese-style meal if you’re hungry 🍱 🫡 After visiting two museums and feeling famished, I opened my map and spotted this place that sisters had recommended ages ago. The shop has a Japanese style. I saw other sisters recommend the salmon and fried chicken meal set, but I ordered the Thai Chicken Curry (I really love rice in soup-type dishes), and for drinks, I had the butterfly yuzu and matcha green tea 🍵. I was surprised when the yuzu drink came out in purple. But! It was even better than the matcha green tea! I think both adults and kids would love it! I liked it so much that I got another one to go. Both the curry sauce and rice were delicious, but the kitchen might not be very consistent with the roasting of vegetables; some were a bit too charred. However, when I took a to-go order home, the vegetables in that one weren’t overdone 🤔 🎃 Overall, the restaurant isn’t particularly outstanding, but the yuzu drink is delicious! It’s perfect for sisters who want to rest their feet and have a light meal or a drink while exploring the area. Alright, happy Halloween to everyone in advance! #dmvfoodie #DMV #dmvfood #dmveatplay #dmvweekend #dmvkidfriendly #dmvkids #washingtondc #washingtondcfood
