Restaurant Hunt | Postino Montrose: Delicious & Affordable

Today, I Went to Postino Montrose—A Bistro + Brunch Spot Near Montrose—with Friends🍲🍲 Postino Montrose is a wine bar with a subtle Italian vibe 🇮🇹, and its star offering is bruschetta.🍣🍣 Postino is actually a chain, but my first time here was a nice surprise—it’s tasty, affordable, and has such a great atmosphere. It’s perfect for grabbing a drink and a bite with friends after work, or for a girls’ brunch 😋! Their signature is the bruschetta board. The five of us ordered three boards . 🍊🍊 We also got a serving of skewers and two brunch dishes (meatball dish and avocado toast). 🍔🍔 To be honest, the two brunch items were just “okay”—worth ordering if you want something more filling—but the bruschetta was excellent. Here are my top flavor recommendations:🍜 🌟 Brie, Apple, Fig Spread (sweet) 🌟 Smoked Salmon Pesto 🌟 Burrata, Bacon, Arugula, Tomato 🌟 Ricotta, Dates, Pistachio (sweet)🍚 👀👀Both sweet and savory flavors were delicious. The biggest standout was probably the Brie, Apple, Fig Spread—we were worried the apple might feel odd, but its fresh sweetness paired perfectly with the creamy, rich brie 😋. All bruschettas are pre-cut into four pieces, so they’re super easy to share with friends.💞💞 We didn’t order wine this time, but I noticed their happy hour has $6 glasses—such a good deal! I plan to come back with friends to try that next time.💘 Address: 805 Pacific St, Houston, TX 77006 Average cost per person: Around $25–35 #Houston #HoustonFood #RestaurantHunt
