Restaurant Review | Houston’s Hidden Korean BBQ in a Cottage: Bori
This place is located in Montrose. When we first arrived, we didn’t realize it was a BBQ restaurant because the exterior looks like a regular villa🏠. The entire environment is really pleasant, without the noisy atmosphere you might expect. The interior is decorated in a classic Korean style, with a black, white, and gray color scheme. The meat quality is excellent, which makes sense given the price. 💜We ordered a combo called Bori Beef Cuts, which includes three different types of meat. It’s $95 per set, but the portion size is really small! For appetizers, we had the seafood pancake, which was perfectly pan-fried and highly recommended! 💜For the main course, we tried the rib finger fried rice, which was also great. The beef on top was very tender! I think this place would be more cost-effective with a larger group. For just two people, I’d say you’d need to spend at least $80–$100 per person to feel full 😋.
