🦀 Returning to Baltimore After 10 Years

A decade ago, I randomly chose Phillips Seafood during my first visit to Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. That unplanned meal became my most lasting memory of the city 😂. This time, on my way back from DC to New Jersey, I made a special detour just to relive that unforgettable flavor! 🦀 Steamed Blue Crab Baltimore is famous for its blue crabs, and Phillips does them justice! Steamed with Old Bay seasoning – slightly spicy and aromatic 🧡 – dipped in melted butter. A bit messy to eat, but absolutely worth it! 🫓 Signature Crab Cake A must-order classic! Packed with real crab meat – almost no filler – pan-seared until golden and crispy outside, moist and tender inside. The natural sweetness of the crab shines through 🦀💛. A squeeze of lemon brightens it perfectly. 🍤 Grilled Shrimp & Seared Scallops The shrimp were decent, but the scallops stole the show – perfectly seared with a smoky aroma. Simple yet impressive! 🥔 Mashed Potatoes A side dish that deserves its own spotlight! Creamy, buttery, with a hint of skin left for texture – seriously one of the best mashed potatoes I’ve had lately 😋. 🅿️ Parking Hack: Park at Pier V Garage behind the restaurant. Get your ticket validated by Phillips – all-day parking for just $12! Ten years later, the seafood is just as delicious. Already looking forward to my next visit! 🤤 #Baltimore #PhillipsSeafood #BlueCrab #CrabCake #SeafoodLover #DMVFood #FoodMemory
