Review of Houston’s New BBQ Spot 🔍

✨We visited around 9–10 p.m. for a late-night snack, so we barely had to wait in line. If you’re like me and hate waiting, try to avoid peak dining hours—it’ll save you a lot of time! I’ve seen many reviews saying the service can’t keep up. The restaurant doesn’t have many staff members. The waitress who served us was in charge of several tables, which is really tough. Even though she was so busy, she still came by our table frequently to remind us when the meat was ready to eat or if something needed a few more minutes on the grill. So, I think she did a pretty good job.✨ ⁉️Let’s talk about the ordering process. You can scan a QR code or use an iPad. Everyone at the table can order at the same time. The menu isn’t very extensive right now, but I guess that’s because the place just opened. They’ll probably add more dishes later, right? My friend was craving grilled gluten but couldn’t find it after looking around twice. I hope the owner sees this—we really want grilled gluten! 🚢I’ve been allergic to lamb and seafood lately, so I stuck to pork intestines, chicken wings, beef skewers, and tripe. Here’s my honest review 🔍: The tripe is really well-done—soft, tender, thick, and not chewy at all. It could use a bit more spice, though! They’ve been offering discounts over the past few days, so it’s a good time to give it a try. If there were no discounts, I’d say the average cost per person would be around $3.40. I have a very sensitive stomach, but I didn’t have any issues after eating here! Definitely worth a visit! #100RestaurantsChallenge #HoustonRestaurantReview #Houston #BBQ #AchievingBBQFreedom #SkeweredDelights #TheSmellOfBBQ
