Tried the Premier Set this time – the main difference from the Classic set is a few extra dishes, including a stunning uni (sea urchin) tower! 🌊🏰 And that uni tower—absolutely incredible!! 🥹 Caviar, fresh sea urchin, salmon roe, and sweet shrimp all layered together… how could it not be amazing?! 🍤🐟🖤 The fish quality is consistently top-notch 🐠✅, though if we’re being honest, it doesn’t drastically stand out from other high-end omakase spots in the area.
