The Garlic Naan takes it up a notch with a savory garlic kick, almost like Chinese scallion pancake 🥞 but better! Eating it plain is great, but dipping it into Butter Chicken sauce? Absolute heaven 😇👌. 🍗 Butter Chicken: A must-order at any Indian restaurant—and a true test of their skills. Lazeez serves arguably the BEST Butter Chicken in Richmond 🏆. It’s incredibly creamy with a strong dairy aroma, followed by a tangy tomato note and a subtle spicy finish. 🌶️ Chicken Tikka Masala: Another popular choice. Unlike Butter Chicken, it’s less buttery and more focused on onions and curry, with a stronger emphasis on spice. 🦐 Surf and Turf Curry: More unique and less mainstream compared to the others. It offers complex layers of spiciness and is extremely satisfying with rice. Highly recommended if you’re tired of classic butter chicken! (Note: I’m not great with spice 😅) 🍄 Khumb Matar Paneer: A mild vegetarian curry. Pretty average overall, but the mushrooms inside were tasty! Other dishes we’ve enjoyed before: Braised Lamb Rogan Josh ($18) – Delicious from what we remember! Kulfi Mango ($5) – Refreshing Indian mango ice cream 🍦 ✅ Final thoughts: Lazeez Modern Indian Flair is worth the price and a great choice for a nice meal out.
