🍣 Richmond Food Guide Vol. 5

📍 Sushi Masa Inc 🍽️ Cuisine: Japanese Fusion (All-You-Can-Eat Buffet) ✨ Highlights: American-style sushi, tempura, sashimi 🏠 Atmosphere: Very “Asian-inspired” decor—bridge over flowing water, koi pond 🐟, cozy though tables are a bit small. Nice vibe overall! 💵 Price: Around $40 per person (incl. service fee) 📋 What We Tried: 🍤 Appetizers: Teriyaki beef steak with veggies – classic sweet-salty flavor, slight "beefy" taste 🥩 Tempura shrimp, sweet potato, squid – batter is a bit thick, but not oily. Not the best, but decent to start with! 🍣 Sushi: Mostly American fusion-style—think lots of cream cheese, eel sauce, and avocado 🥑. Not super authentic, but fun for carb lovers! Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. 🐟 Sashimi: Served slowly… after a few rounds we mainly had tuna, surf clam, and octopus 🐙. These were pretty good! You can also order cooked shrimp and teriyaki eel—though served on ice ❄️, which isn’t as tasty as warm. ✅ Overall: A solid AYCE spot in Richmond! Ingredients felt fresh, price is fair, and most importantly—NO time limit! ⏳ They also have KTV 🎤, but haven’t tried it. Might be fun for a group? 🎯 Verdict: Great for casual feasts, not for purists. Would return for a chill, filling meal! #URichmond #FoodReview #JapaneseBuffet #SushiLovers #DMVEats 🍱🎉
