Roman Restaurant ~ Italian Cuisine You Can't Miss 🍝

Today, I'm excited to share with you a restaurant that boasts excellent taste, a fantastic ambiance, and unbeatable value for money! 💖 This dining gem is nestled in the heart of the city's historic district, near the Spanish Steps. Just pop it into Google Maps, and you'll be on your way. 💖 They specialize in authentic Roman dishes. Must-try dishes include fiori di zucca, carciofi alla romana, and puntarelle (a unique Roman vegetable); for pasta, everything is great, but my personal favorites are cacio e pepe and carbonara. The antipasto of prosciutto crudo con la mozzarella is a must, and the second course of braised oxtail is also worth a try. As for wine, they have a stunning cellar! The wine list is as thick as a Bible, featuring wines from all over Italy at quite reasonable prices. 💖 The carciofi and puntarelle mentioned above are seasonal vegetables that are available in the fall and winter. If you visit in the summer, you won't find them. Roman cuisine is quite hearty, and the delicious vegetables that complement it are not available in the summer, so if you can, I recommend coming to Rome in the spring, around March or April, or in the fall, October or November. The weather is pleasant, and there are many seasonal vegetables 🥬 that are incredibly delicious. Highly recommended! ⚠️⚠️ This restaurant is not only popular with tourists but also frequented by locals, so remember to make a reservation! Especially during peak seasons like now, it's best to book a week in advance, especially if you're planning to dine in the evening. #Italy #ItalianRestaurant #ItalianCuisine #Rome
