Paired with succulent, briny prawns, the dish offers a delightful contrast of textures and flavors that dance on the palate. 🍖🦐 The Risone pasta is truly unforgettable. It’s not risotto but a rice-shaped pasta with a delightfully smooth texture. Paired with clams and wild garlic, it’s incredibly fresh and flavorful. One bowl simply isn’t enough! 🍝 The Jerusalem artichoke is Acquolina’s signature dish, and it lives up to its reputation! The top is fried to a golden, crispy perfection, resembling a delicate potato chip, while the inside remains tender and soft. The rich aroma is irresistible, and you won’t be able to stop eating it. (As a side note, I did find a hair in my first serving, but the staff quickly replaced it with no fuss.) 🥔 For dessert, the crème caramel features an unexpected twist with dried cuttlefish, giving it a unique, ink-like aroma.
