Rome | A Restaurant with Renaissance-Inspired Style
Recommend a restaurant I’ve been visiting from high school all the way to my postgraduate graduation. Back in high school, this place was like a "canteen" for my classmates and me—since it’s super close to the school, we’d go there to eat every time after class 😋. The restaurant focuses on healthy food and light meals, offering a wide variety of salads 🥗, tropical fruits 🥭, juices 🍹, and wines 🍷. This time, my friends and I ordered two bowls of pasta and one salad: - 🍝 The pasta tasted decent, not particularly amazing. - 🥗 The salad was absolutely delicious! Topped with various nuts, fruits, and smoked salmon, it was truly yummy 🤤. 🥖 Recommend the restaurant’s baguette, fresh juices, and energy bowls. - 🍹 All juices are freshly squeezed, with a rich, intense fruit flavor. This time, my friends and I ordered three juices: - Cainienna: Rich in avocado flavor 🥑, very filling and great for digestion. - Madagascar: Tangy and sweet, with notes of passion fruit, banana 🍌, and pineapple 🍍. - Veracruz: With chia seeds, mango, and papaya 🥭. 🥣 Highly recommend the energy bowls—every flavor is fantastic! It has a fruit smoothie texture, paired with nuts and granola, which is absolutely perfect. We tried the Acai flavor this time; it was tangy and sweet, so tasty—but unfortunately, we forgot to take a photo . The restaurant has three branches in total. We visited Ginger Corte Laica this time, which is especially great for taking photos 📷. The restaurant’s style blends Renaissance elements with a modern touch, making you feel like you’re shuttling back to the past while living in the present. It’s perfect for hanging out and taking photos with your girlfriends. We happened to catch the restaurant’s Christmas decorations, which were so warm and cozy ☺️. Location: It’s in the city center, a 10-minute walk from Piazza Spagna. Driving is not recommended—since this area is a pedestrian zone, taking public transport or walking is the best option!
