A Repeatedly Delicious, Highly Renowned Century-Old Restaurant 🏛️ This place was recommended to me by a Roman friend, located opposite an opera house... It's frequented by locals who head straight here after getting off the train 🥹 I've mentioned before that Moro was my favorite (as written before, without a doubt ❤️), this restaurant has the same artistic style as Moro, but with more affordable main course prices and easier reservations! The dishes are classic Roman flavors, but with a level of refinement that's rare to find in Italian restaurants! Appetizers are priced around 16-22💰, Carbonara and Cacio e Pepe are roughly 16 and 14 euros respectively, and the main courses are quite reasonably priced! Fish and seafood dishes are around 36 euros, and desserts like cheesecake are basically 8 euros. You really need to book in advance through their official website or by phone; going on the day is a matter of luck and you might have to wait in line...
